I have tutored all age groups (including college) - I have not taken the SAT test but I have taken the TEAS test. - I want to be a tutor to help any student in need of other strategies to understand a particular concept or subject. - I have taken many classes at john tyler community college. I have 66 credits and currently taking 3 classes, so I will have over 70+ after summer semester. - I'm CPR/First Aid certified and I also babysit so I have experience with kids in general. - I have a passion for helping and caring for people and I figured since I'm not graduated as a nurse quite yet why not help out other students!

Hobbies
I enjoy anything that involves water; wakeboarding, tubing, skiing, fishing, swimming, volleyball. During the summer time, my family and I go to Lake Gaston, NC to enjoy some summer activities! I also enjoy reading and learning. When i'm at the beach, you can guarantee to find me laying on the beach reading a book or magazine. I enjoy encouraging others to better themselves. The subjects I enjoy the most would be science and math. I'm going to school to be a nurse. I have finished all my prerequisite courses for my associates and bachelors. I'm applying to nursing school in July 2015. I'm a fun but serious when necessary kind of person. I have a high tolerance for patience. It's not always easy teaching a 3 year old her ABC's or to count to 20, but with patience anything is possible in my point of view! I will spend the amount of time needed until the student/child understands because I feel that's the most important concept of "tutoring".
